Yesterday, April 7th, 2008, Ghis was brought back from the psychiatric ward to face Judge Pierre Bachant from the criminal division of the Quebec court of justice in Granby. For a second time, her hands and feet were handcuffed. It is important to note that she was refused any access to the documents she had planned to use in her own defence."
