Top Ten Photos 9/11 Conspiracy Nuts Hate | The Lay Scientist

Note how the blog uses loaded language such as 'conspiracy theorists' all over the article whilst crying 'junk science'.

Also, those photos are used completely out of context:

1. As they point out themselves, the no-plane theories were discredited long ago. What they don't say is that most of the debunking came from within the 9/11 Truth Movement itself.

2. Note that the debris only fell on the side of the tower, not on top of it. Photos taken after the fall of the debris do not show damage significant enough to warrant a collapse. Also WTC7 collapsed straight down and 7 hours later. If it had collapsed as a result of the debris it would have tipped over on the side of the damage.

3. Note how only the centre of WTC6 collapsed, whilst the exterior was still standing up. This would be expected if the debris poured on top of the tower. But WTC7 collapsed straight down with nothing left standing despite being further away and only getting debris on one side of the tower.

4. That there were fires in WTC7 is not disputed, but photos only showed minor fires in WTC7. Big enough, according to Jowenko, to hinder a CD team from 'pulling' the building, but not strong enough to cause the building to collapse.

6. Fragments of the plane were in fact found over a large area, as far as eight miles away. In addition, the article linked in the Post Gazette mentioned totally discredited frauds like WingTV, known for attacking members of their own movement like Alex Jones.

7. That only proves that a Flight 97 did fall down. Whether it was by missile or a real crash is irrelevant to whether 9/11 was an inside job or not.

8. Supposing that this floor bucking was actually caused by the fires or the plane crash rather than the demolition itself, this would not have been sufficient to bring down all the other floors underneath. The pancake theory was dismissed by NIST itself.

9. That photo is too vague to conclude that the workman was cutting steel beams. The workman appears to be far away from the standing beams. Also, the thermate (not thermite) was found in the dust, not on the actual beams, most of which were shipped to China to be recycled, in violation of the law and investigation procedures. Mandatory testing for thermite is also an investigation procedure that was ignored by NIST.

10. The collapse of the actual building was timed and calculations clearly showed near-free fall speeds. The falling speeds for a pancake collapse would have taken far longer.

From the page: "The U.S. political system is, at best, "a work in progress" according to an evaluation from the pro-democracy group Freedom House, which finds significant flaws in the U.S. criminal justice system, counterterrorism strategies and the treatment of minorities and immigrants.

In a 300-page report, titled "Today's American: How Free?", to be released tomorrow, the group subjects the United States to the scrutiny it more often applies to the Belaruses and Tajikistans of the world."

Student gets $628 ticket for sitting on park ledge

From the page: "Most people who walk by Ămilie Gamelin Park downtown see its many granite surfaces as an invitation to sit and relax.

Dozens were doing just that in the sun yesterday and ever since the park opened in 1992.

But as a Concordia University student found out Saturday, Montreal police, if they so choose, can hit you with a $628 ticket for nothing more menacing than sitting on a ledge."

Is it me, or has there been a surge of that kind of events in Canada? Are things getting worse here?

A Children's Gulag
Corruption, Child Abuse & the Business of Children in Quebec

"From a provincial population of 7.5 million, over 30,000 children were seized from families by youth authorities in 2006, processed in secret trials, and placed in institutions or forced adoption programs. The majority of warehoused children are cut off from parents and extended family, physically, sexually and emotionally abused, held until the age of 18 and then dumped on city streets.

Years of secrecy and a total lack of accountability have created a culture of impunity and corruption among bureaucrats and the judiciary, and destroyed the lives of 100,000's of children and families. Shattered survivors, forbidden from revealing corruption and abuse under threat of contempt of court charges and jail, create succeeding generations of angry and broken families, guaranteeing repeat business for the state. The business of children in Quebec is now a growth industry, worth over one billion dollars (USD $1,000,0000,000) per year to bureaucrats, judges, lawyers, social workers, psychologists, pharmacists, institutions and contracted guardians.

No state in the western world removes, by force, as many children from parents as Quebec. Per capita, Quebec removes 2.5 times the number of children as Sweden, 6 times as many as Great Britain, and 17 times the number in Spain."

"Those truly committed to righting the wrongs of the world are encouraged to take pen in hand and craft actual letters to their congressmen or to whomever they deem are the appropriate people to contact about particular issues. Real letters (the kind that are written in a person's own words and sent through the regular mail) are accorded far more respect than form letters (let alone petitions), and that should be kept in mind by those intent upon being heard. Yes, the effort it takes is far larger. But so is the potential for making an actual difference."

Actually, writing letters to Members of Congress (or Members of Parliament) has the same effect as sending real or online petitions: none, except getting a polite reply. If you're lucky your representative might listen, and just maybe might get a word in if the idea is not out of line with the elite's agenda. Did letters to Congress stop the war in Iraq? Or Canada's campaign in Afghanistan? Bollocks it did. But you get the same 'feel good' sensation from doing it as sending an online petition.

This petition smokescreen is also true for elections in countries that claim to be 'democracies'. If real change can't be brought by typing your name on an online petition, then how can it be brought about by ticking your favourite candidate on a voting machine?

Ghis Imprisoned for Refusing to Endorse the Fictitious Corporation LANCTOT, GHISLAINE!

Yesterday, April 7th, 2008, Ghis was brought back from the psychiatric ward to face Judge Pierre Bachant from the criminal division of the Quebec court of justice in Granby. For a second time, her hands and feet were handcuffed. It is important to note that she was refused any access to the documents she had planned to use in her own defence."

In other words, it's the same NWO bullshit that goes on in Quebec as well as elsewhere.
